Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hampshire Commissioning Support Specialist to join our Younger Adults' Commissioning Team within Adults' Health and Care.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the Commissioning Cycle. As a Hampshire Commissioning Support Specialist, you will work closely with our providers to ensure the quality of contracts and service user experience remains high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our services, including preparing reports from quarterly data returns and supporting tendering/contracting planning.
  • Collate and analyse complex data from sources including service user feedback and performance and contract delivery data, to successfully resolve issues and identify service development opportunities.
  • Produce intelligent insights and reports for your managers and peers to review and inform decision making processes.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of working within Health, Housing or Social Care, with excellent communication skills and ability to engage and build strong relationships with providers.
  • Previous contract management experience gained in a lead role, with attention to detail and planning ability.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working arrangements, travel opportunities, and a commitment to continued personal development.
