At Capita Pensions Solutions, we strive to create and implement resilient pension strategies that support our clients' success. We're looking for a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital pension platforms.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced designer with a passion for creating user-centric digital experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for our pension service platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough user research to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points of pension holders and administrators
* Analyze user feedback, usability testing results, and metrics to inform design decisions and optimize platform performance
* Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts
* Ensure designs adhere to GDS design principles, emphasizing simplicity, clarity, and accessibility
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and priorities, ensuring continuous improvement of the pension service platform

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong understanding of design standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices
* Proficiency in design tools like Figma/Adobe Suite and Azure platform
* Familiarity with agile methodology and ability to rapidly prototype, test, and refine design concepts
* Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information effectively to stakeholders
