About the Role

BFB Labs is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative digital therapeutic solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our young users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the core user experience for our new digital therapeutic solution
  • Lead the foundational UX design for our new solution
  • Work with our cross-functional team to design, test, and develop the solution
  • Support the translation of design into user stories ready for development
  • Prototyping, testing, and refining concepts

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Good understanding of data-driven design strategies for mobile and web applications
  • Understanding of user-centred design
  • Awareness of the process entailing translation of design to code/languages
  • Creative approaches to problems and ability to juggle multiple priorities
