Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payroll processes for a diverse portfolio of Schools, Academies, and Multi-Academy Trusts. This will involve accurately inputting payroll data, reconciling reports, and delivering payrolls to schools while meeting essential audit checks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Input payroll data accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  2. Reconcile reports and deliver payrolls to schools, meeting deadlines and audit checks.
  3. Process statutory forms, including P45s, Starter Declarations, Student Loans, P60s, and P11d's.
  4. Calculate salary adjustments manually, including back pay, overpayments, leavers, annual leave, and other occasional payments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
