Administrative Support Manager

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payroll processes for a diverse portfolio of Schools, Academies, and Multi-Academy Trusts. This will involve accurately inputting payroll data, reconciling reports, and delivering payrolls to schools while meeting essential audit checks.
Responsibilities:
- Input payroll data accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Reconcile reports and deliver payrolls to schools, meeting deadlines and audit checks.
- Process statutory forms, including P45s, Starter Declarations, Student Loans, P60s, and P11d's.
- Calculate salary adjustments manually, including back pay, overpayments, leavers, annual leave, and other occasional payments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
