About the Role
Our company, ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments.

In this role, you will be working closely with our engineers and repair partners to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for managing databases, reporting and analysis, and monitoring jobs authorized by engineers to ensure compliance.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work on their own initiative, and has excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential, and database experience would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Manage databases to ensure orders are entered correctly
  • Monitor jobs authorized by engineers to ensure compliance
  • Report and analyze data to ensure accurate processing
