Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Administrative Support Professional to join a dynamic engineering business in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing their diary, emails, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and staff, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage various administrative functions, such as data entry, document management, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive with a strong background in diary management and office administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
