Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive clerical support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations;
- Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly;
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerised systems;
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
- Familiarity with word and excel;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
