Our team supports over 1,600 schools nationwide, and we're committed to delivering exceptional support across the organization. As a Pension Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Payroll and Pensions department.

Job Description

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will:

  • Ensure accurate and timely provision of data to pension funds, cultivating effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Serve as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, providing essential administration support to EPM Payroll Teams.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately, adhering to EPM's Service Level Agreement.
  • Take ownership of monthly and annual pension reporting for allocated LGPS funds, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous analysis.
  • Assume responsibility for monthly reporting of Teachers Pensions service data, scrutinizing and resolving queries resulting from submissions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience as a pension administrator.
  • Credibility and strong working relationships.
  • Excellent prioritization and performance under pressure.
  • A collaborative team culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

We prioritize career progression and are committed to supporting our staff and promoting from within our organisation. The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
