Job Summary

This exciting opportunity requires an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing various administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with a strong background in diary management and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing their diary, emails, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Manage and prioritize allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods via the internal portal – full training will be provided.
  • Utilize SAGE for invoicing, purchasing, and general office administration tasks.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills when required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.

The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum. The estimated annual salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 based on industry standards and location.
