Job Description

The role of a Trade Sales Manager at Sherwin-Williams UK is to drive growth in trade sales within the assigned region.

This position requires collaboration with key stakeholders, including TSCs and B&Q/Trade Point personnel, to identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry, and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service to Trade customers and B&Q/Trade Point, including job-site demonstrations and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining a weekly Trade customer call rate and inputting all new contacts in SFDC.

Requirements:

  • Professional sales experience and/or calling on contractors within retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience selling products to strategic accounts in home improvement, construction, or property maintenance industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Previous paint/coatings experience.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
