Job Details

Sherwin-Williams UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving growth in trade sales within the assigned region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase trade sales within the assigned region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to Trade customers and B&Q/Trade Point.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including TSCs and B&Q/Trade Point personnel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in trade sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and increasing sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working in the paint/coatings industry.
