About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team on a bank basis at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients across a variety of specialties including orthopaedics, spinal surgery, eye care, oncology, and general surgery.

You will be responsible for operating our GE 450w 1.5T scanner, working alongside other MR Radiographers and Radiologists to provide exceptional patient care and delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification, and high levels of technical knowledge
  • Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately
  • good computer literacy with flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
