Diagnostic Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Care New England Health System. This is a full-time, day shift position.
About the Job:
- Conduct complex laboratory tests and analyses to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory findings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a 12-month clinical laboratory training program approved by the US Department of Education and/or NAACLS.
- Nationally recognized certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician within 6 months of employment.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
