About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Diagnostic Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Diagnostic Specialist, you will be responsible for defining diagnostic requirements, engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, interfacing with rig-based testing activities, and producing high-quality reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define diagnostic requirements based on customer specification, supplier software, and homologation requirements.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure diagnostic strategy can deliver requirements.
  • Interface with rig-based testing activities and those performed at vehicle level.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and documentation for diagnostic exercises.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in electric powertrain within an automotive engineering environment.
  • Experience in vehicle testing using measurement software such as Vector CANalyzer.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the V-Cycle and its application in an automotive environment.
  • Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive or similar honours engineering degree.
