Transformational Health Services Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Transformational Health Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Second Nature. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the growth and success of our health coaching services.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and spearheading initiatives to optimise health coaching services and improve efficiency.
You'll work closely with our team of health coaches and managers, as well as our quality and safeguarding leads, and the head of health coaching to ensure seamless delivery of our programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, improve team performance, and increase efficiency.
- Lead and manage a small caseload of digital clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their health goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and develop junior managers, fostering critical thinking and empowering others to excel in their roles.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) requiring a strong background in digital health technology, extensive people management experience, and a passion for mentoring and developing junior managers.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct people management experience, including mentoring and developing junior managers, and a proven ability to manage team performance and optimise service delivery using internal quality monitoring measures and data-driven insights.
Requirements:- Leadership experience: at least 3 years of experience in direct people management, including mentoring and developing junior managers.
- Clinical expertise, and experience working with individuals living with obesity and type 2 diabetes, including weight loss medications.
- Professional experience in applying evidence-based behaviour change techniques, such as NLP, CBT, or motivational interviewing, to facilitate sustainable improvements in health and wellbeing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for collaborating with and supporting other health professionals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy: must be comfortable using technology and working autonomously or collaboratively, and have proven experience using technology for team reporting and data analysis.
