London, Greater London, United Kingdom Shared Services Partnership Full time
About Our Shared Services Partnership

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our residents in Kensington and Chelsea.

Our team is committed to embedding lessons from the Grenfell Tower tragedy to drive transformation across the council and its services.

The Role: Transformation and Delivery Manager

This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the direction of a newly created function within the Corporate Strategy Team, helping deliver key priorities and driving meaningful change across the organization.

You will balance corporate oversight of major change programs with supporting the delivery of specific initiatives, such as optimizing assets for commercial income.

Key responsibilities include driving opportunities forward, managing a small team, and working with stakeholders to achieve objectives. You will also be involved in various initiatives and demonstrate leadership on resident-focused change.

The role has some oversight of digital tools for innovation and efficiency, but this is not a solely digital transformation position.

About The Position

We seek a motivated individual who can improve outcomes for residents and deliver projects at pace. Experience in delivering transformational service change and improvement is essential, along with analyzing complex information and financial data to report to diverse audiences.

Strong partnership-building skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are necessary for success in this role.

A proactive approach to challenges, drive to deliver, and confidence presenting to senior leaders are also crucial.

In return, we offer a competitive benefits package, generous annual leave, staff discounts, and an attractive contributory pension scheme. Hybrid working enhances your work-life balance.
