**Salary:** £61,927 - £68,676 per annum inclusive of HCAS
**Job Description:**
This role focuses on supporting the development of excellent partnership working across Westminster Local Authority, NHS physical health and mental health services, and third-sector organizations for adults sleeping rough, resident in homeless hostels, or in mental health accommodation services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Entry-level qualification in applied psychological therapy/mental health/social welfare profession
- Registered with professional body as appropriate to discipline

As a Transformation Psychologist, you will hold an operational leadership role within PIH, developing effective relationships with managers and leadership of non-SLAM NHS and Social Services teams in Westminster. You will work with leads/managers of PIH and MDT homeless partners to develop care pathways and take a lead on developing operational policies, procedures, and service design.
The postholder will provide a high level of clinical expertise in supporting the psychological needs of clients, provide specialist training in psychological and trauma-informed approaches to care for other professionals, and hold an operational leadership role within PIH.
