About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs, including substance misuse. As part of our Camden Core Team, you will be integral to delivering extended assessment, formulation, and interventions, under the supervision of a senior psychologist.

The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is a key driver in transforming mental health care. Together, we aim to build support systems that reach the whole mental health population, focusing on prevention and sustained recovery through multi-agency collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with GPs, primary care staff, and other professionals to provide advice and support on patient management.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, families, carers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Engage with local service user participation models to drive service improvement and quality.
