At Refinitiv, we are seeking an exceptional leader to head our newly established Transformation Services Team.

About the Role

This pivotal position offers a unique opportunity to spearhead change management processes within global large law firms, facilitating business transformation through the profitable deployment of emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence, in legal service delivery.

  • Developing bespoke transformation services for large law firms as well as scaled service programs for smaller firms
  • Delivering and communicating measurable improvements and efficiencies for law firm customers
  • Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
  • Managing a small team of consultants and change management professionals

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $180,000 and $220,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Transformation Services Director if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Previous experience in both law firms and consulting organizations strongly desired
  • 15+ years in senior management roles
  • Proven track record of successful change management and technology implementation in professional services organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging both internal and external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics and ability to quantify the impact of operational changes on law firm profitability
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to execute all aspects of change management, from strategy development to implementation
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of functioning as both a team leader and key contributor
