Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Service Leadership Director to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services for projects from c£500k to £500m across broad-ranging sectors, blue-chip clients, and public sector across design and build, engineering, and infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with clients, providing project technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and Principal Designer services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015, developing risk responses and plans to eliminate risks on projects, and coordinating meetings as required throughout projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in a design or construction management-related role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM would be beneficial.
