At HSBC Global Services Limited, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Cards Service Transformation Director to join our team.

With a focus on delivering world-class service across a diverse international client base, this role is critical to ensuring the success of our Commercial Cards Service function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day operations while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This individual will manage a global team, work closely with vendors, and lead transformative projects to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. A change leader capable of navigating complex global environments, you will deliver impactful results by fostering collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving long-term success across regions.

The ideal candidate will have a global mindset, strong managerial, strategic leadership, communications, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to support the formulation, dissemination, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Service organization and leverage resources available to achieve goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Commercial Cards Service Organization that aligns with the bank's global service objectives and client needs.
  • Ensure the organization meets or exceeds performance targets related to service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all regions.
  • Shape and drive end-to-end processes of designing, developing, and deploying transformations across business, technology, process, and people, creating value by reinventing the business fundamentals and advising leaders with multi-year transformational agendas of Commercial Cards Service functions.
  • Drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, adopting new technologies, and enhancing the overall client experience. Implement best-in-class practices across regions.
  • Champion a client-first culture, continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience for cardholders and program administrators.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across various functions (e.g., Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Product) to ensure seamless service integration and support for broader business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
