The Role

You will lead and manage HR Sales Cycles, TUPE transition, and Change Management projects as assigned. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and delivery teams, on sales cycles, people transition, change management, and planning activities for the projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business-focused strategy that meets current and future needs of assigned projects.
  • Conduct investigations on complex matters for the project.
  • Manage potential legal threats and risks effectively, ensuring the company's reputation and brand are protected.
  • Nurture relations with directors, employee bodies, corporate entities, and external parties, such as trade union officials and occupational health providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for employee transition and change management.
  • Train managers and individuals in TUPE and change management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in dealing with people and groups, including conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
