About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits New Business Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Mercer Marsh Benefits TM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple new business projects across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple new business projects, across multiple lines of business
  • Lead client meetings, asking open and closed questions to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions to cater for their needs

Requirements:

  • Previous Employee Benefits experience
  • Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • An ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
  • Strong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft programs including Excel, Office and Word
  • Good levels of education including Grade C/4 or 5 pts GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
