Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Development team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You will drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, using your prospecting skills to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligently research and identify new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, proposition differentiators, and market trends.
  • Craft compelling sales messages that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage contacts, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an Outbound Sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A competitive base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission structure.
