Job Title: HR Systems & Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems & Data Insights Manager to join our team at Connells Group in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the areas of People data insights and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and interconnectivity of existing HR systems, ensuring governance in line with legislation, including data protection.
  • Lead and manage development activities via a structured project methodology framework, delivering to plan.
  • Engage in the delivery and regular review of the HR plan and risk controls.
  • Develop and implement systematic and easily accessible methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data and management information, encouraging self-service wherever possible.
  • Produce and interpret timely and meaningful management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights, promoting proactive people management activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working at a senior HR level in a large, complex organisation, preferably in relevant or comparable industry sectors, such as Property, Multi-site Retail or Professional Services.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS development projects and activities, joining systems landscape to enable HR processes and decision-making to function efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs.
