HR Systems & Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR systems and data insights initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HRIS strategy, aligning with our business objectives and ensuring efficient data management.
  • Lead the introduction and enhancement of HR systems, processes, and business architecture, minimizing disruption and ensuring successful configuration and deployment.
  • Manage development activities through a structured project methodology framework, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Engage in the delivery and regular review of our HR plan and risk controls, ensuring proactive management and mitigation of risks.

People Analytics:

  • Design and implement systematic methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data and management information, promoting self-service and data-driven decision-making.
  • Produce and interpret timely and meaningful management reports, highlighting trends and insights to inform proactive people management activities.
  • Develop a strategic approach to people analytics, defining key metrics and KPIs in collaboration with our HR and business leaders.

  • Alignment of our HRIS landscape with our wider HR and business strategy.
  • HR process and HRIS alignment.
  • Timely and efficient delivery of agreed data, MI, and analytics.
  • Collaboration across HR to deliver outcomes that enhance HR and management's ability to run the business effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting the success of our business strategy through the effective use of HR systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Establishing and delivering high levels of customer service and quality.
  • Meeting targets set for key HR project delivery.
  • Proactive management of key relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrating a collaborative approach to driving the change agenda.
  • Ensuring due consideration and action is given to supporting and managing diversity and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working at a senior HR level in a large, complex organization, preferably in relevant or comparable industry sectors.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS development projects and activities, joining systems landscape to enable HR processes and decision-making to function efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience of leading systems implementation and upgrades from the internal client side.
  • Comprehensive experience in developing, mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and implementing continuous process improvements for risk management, corporate governance, efficiency, and good stakeholder service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs.
