Job Summary:

Connells Group, a leading real estate company, is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Data Insights Manager to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the areas of people data insights and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and interconnectivity of existing HR systems, ensuring governance in line with legislation, including data protection.
  • Lead and manage development activities via a structured project methodology framework, delivering to plan.
  • Engage in the delivery and regular review of the HR plan and risk controls.
  • Develop and implement systematic and easily accessible methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data and management information, encouraging self-service wherever possible.
  • Produce and interpret timely and meaningful management/KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights, promoting proactive people management activities.
  • Business Partnering – Build strong support networks across both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working at a senior HR level in a large, complex organization, preferably in relevant or comparable industry sectors.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS development projects and activities, joining systems landscape to enable HR processes and decision-making to function efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience of leading systems implementation and upgrades from the internal client side.
  • Comprehensive experience in developing, mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and implementing continuous process improvements for risk management, corporate governance, efficiency, and good stakeholder service.
  • Previous leadership/team management skills are essential and ability to bring out the best in your team.
