HR Systems Analyst - Join Our Team
Permanent Role

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical foundation in HR information systems, particularly within dynamic sectors such as retail or hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and interpreting data, enhancing management information reports, and developing comprehensive People Management Information, analytics, and key performance indicators.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly people analytics solutions to facilitate employee and management self-service.
  • Recognize areas for data quality enhancement and execute process improvements.
  • Assist the HR team with intricate and on-demand reporting tasks.
  • Refine People MI procedures, ensuring effective governance and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (including If statements, Index and Match, Sum Product, Array Formulas), as well as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Jasper or PowerBI.
  • Capability to analyze employee data, generate clear reports, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
