Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our People team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in HR analytics and systems to contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

As an HR Systems and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the People team to develop and implement systematic and accessible people analytics methods, enabling employee and management self-service wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and accuracy
  • Support the People team in analytical tools and techniques, in the development and delivery of complex and ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Continually improve People Management Information processes, managing governance and risk controls to function efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis
  • Experience with reporting tools, such as Jasper or PowerBI
  • Demonstrable ability and experience in analyzing and interpreting employee data/management information and producing clear and concise reports/insight and recommendations for a wide audience
  • Excellent communication and grammatical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • A team player with strong attention to detail
