HR Data Analyst - People Analytics

We are seeking a talented HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic People team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data analysis and a strong understanding of HR systems.

As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions by providing insightful data-driven recommendations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust analytical methods to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive reports that inform our business strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective people analytics methodologies, empowering employees and managers with self-service data access.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and ensure accuracy across all HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the People team to leverage analytical tools and techniques for complex reporting requirements.
  • Continuously improve our MI processes, implementing robust governance and risk controls for efficient and effective operations.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills (including IF statements, Index & Match, Sum Product, Array Formulas) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Jasper or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret employee data, generating clear and concise reports with actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
