We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Data Analytics Strategies: Design and implement systematic and easily accessible people analytics methods, enabling and encouraging employee and management self-service wherever possible.
- Improve Data Quality and Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve data quality and develop and implement process changes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support HR Team with Complex Reporting Requirements: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to support the HR team in the development and delivery of more complex and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Enhance HR MI Processes: Continually improve HR MI processes, managing governance and risk controls to function efficiently and effectively.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including If statements, Index and match, Sum product, Array Formulas.
- Reporting Tools Experience: Experience with Jasper or PowerBI reporting tools.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Demonstrable ability and experience in analysing and interpreting employee data/management information and producing clear and concise reports/insight and recommendations for a wide audience.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Demonstrable success of building good relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and grammatical skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Team Player: A team player with strong attention to detail.
