National Account Manager
McCormick & Company is seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our EMEA Headquarters. This role will fully develop, implement and commercially manage key accounts within our Flavour Solutions Business, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accountable for P&L and KPIs for key QSR accounts.
- Develop and execute customer engagement and business plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven commercial experience in branded or own label food, preferably in business-to-business or business-to-consumer settings.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive business growth.
- Self-starter with a track record of innovative growth and results-driven mindset.
- P&L ownership and management experience, with ability to deliver KPIs in a timely manner.
