KCR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead their financial operations. Reporting to the MD, this role will oversee a team of 3 and be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, profit and loss analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with AP and AR, and the ability to delegate and manage the work of others. A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience running annual audits is preferred.

This is a fully office-based role with a focus on creating statutory accounts, producing budgets, and managing end-to-end audit processes. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality financial reporting and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly management accounts production
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Budget preparation
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Cash book control
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Journal postings
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Production of statutory accounts and associated duties
  • Financial reporting
  • Manage end-to-end audit process of current systems
  • VAT returns

Requirements:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Creating statutory accounts
  • Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
  • Experience of AP and AR
