About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Reeson Education. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to provide individualized support to students with special needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting students with special needs in various educational settings
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
  • Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £20,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a talented and supportive team of educators.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a relevant degree or qualification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for working with children with special needs.
