Support Teacher for Students

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Teacher for Students. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support students in achieving their academic goals. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing academic support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and overcome challenges.
Main Tasks:
• Assist teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Provide individualised support to students who require extra help, helping them to understand and engage with course material
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and engagement from all students
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed

This role comes with a competitive salary of £80-£120 per day, plus accrued holiday pay.
