EdEx – Education Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Supporting Student Success at a fantastic Secondary School in Brent.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, ensuring they receive the best possible education.

You will work closely with experienced subject teachers and support staff to develop and deliver person-centred and targeted support sessions for students with SEND.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, which can be applied to future career aspirations, such as Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Youth Worker or Counsellor.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc.
  2. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective student support.
  3. Developing strong relationships with students, teachers and other support staff.
