EdEx – Education Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Supporting Student Success at a fantastic Secondary School in Brent.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
You will work closely with experienced subject teachers and support staff to develop and deliver person-centred and targeted support sessions for students with SEND.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills, which can be applied to future career aspirations, such as Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Youth Worker or Counsellor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective student support.
- Developing strong relationships with students, teachers and other support staff.
