Job Title: Support for Student Success Administrator
Location: North Hertfordshire, with occasional working across group sites.
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support for Student Success Administrator. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
About the Job:- Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Deliver in-class and out-of-class support to students with SEND.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and carers to ensure seamless support.
- Relevant qualification or experience in supporting students with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.
