About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Likewize. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and effective customer service, using knowledge-based systems and other tools to deliver solutions and information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and work collaboratively to resolve customer concerns.
  • Utilize courtesy, tact, and discretion in all customer interactions to achieve first call resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and process changes to ensure accurate and informed customer support.
  • Support other areas of the business as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to learn new systems and tools.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
