About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our 8 million+ customers, representing some of the biggest brands in telecoms and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction
