  • Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Product Development: Manage product development from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet company standards and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in fashion or a related field and 2-4 years of merchandising experience. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
