Merchandise Category Lead

Join our Merchandise Category Lead team and drive the Product Development of our Merchandise and packaging categories with innovation and cross-functional collaboration at the forefront. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for implementing merchandise category growth plans, scoping new product opportunities, and introducing an innovative merchandise assortment utilising a strong understanding of the A&M brand and customer profile.
You'll work closely with the Senior PD Manager and HOP to achieve this goal, and collaborate with our Marketing teams for cross-functional product launches and brand activations. A passion for the Astrid and Miyu brand and what we represent is essential.
Responsibilities:- Implement merchandise category growth plans
- Scope new product opportunities and market trends
- Manage the product journey from initial concept stage to sampling and final product sign off
- Develop strong relationships with supply partners
- Communicate product specifications with suppliers
- Negotiate cost prices and MOQs
- Collaborate with Marketing teams for product launches
We're offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, Product Allowance Friends & Family Discount, and a Sabbatical after 3 years service.
