Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Merchandising Lead to join our team in East London. As a key member of our Womenswear Merchandising department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic seasonal merchandise planning and controlled inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail merchandising or planning, with excellent analytical and retail maths skills. Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of wholesale and WSSI systems are also required.

You will lead a junior merchandising planning team, working closely with peers to create a best-in-class merch function. The role involves managing and optimising categories through effective planning and trading, as well as presenting sales forecasts and figures to the management team.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. You will also benefit from perks and benefits offered by local businesses, including discounts on food, shopping, and health & beauty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail merchandising or planning and wholesale sales

* Excellent analytical/retail maths skills and advanced Excel skills required

* Ability to manage own priorities, set own work objectives, and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions

* Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities

* Ability to communicate at all levels within the brand in a professional way
