Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Global Merchandising Manager to join our team at ALLSAINTS Retail Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our womenswear division, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With a strong background in retail merchandising or planning, you will have excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel abilities, and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with multiple departments. You will be responsible for managing budgets, presenting sales forecasts, and developing quarterly and seasonal strategies.

This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000, plus benefits including a generous wardrobe allowance, employee discount, and 25 days holiday increasing to 28 days after 2 years continuous service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global merchandise planning strategies, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the buying, trading, and wholesale teams to deliver the strongest range possible.
- Analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for commercial growth.
- Develop quarterly and seasonal strategies, presenting forecasts and figures to the management team.
- Lead and develop the junior merchandising planning team, promoting a best-in-class merch function.
