A well-established global fashion brand is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Manager to join their team in London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, managing large-scale projects, and driving business growth through effective merchandising strategies.

Job Description:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive merchandising plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Managing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Overseeing the planning, allocation, and inventory management of product lines to ensure optimal stock levels and minimal stock-outs.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic promotional campaigns.
  5. Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting merchandising strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Working closely with buying teams to ensure product assortments align with customer demand.
  7. Leading and mentoring a team of merchandising assistants to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchandising management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
