Job Overview

L'Oréal USA is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for leading the sales forecast process and ensuring global sales forecast consistency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Forecasting: Lead the sales forecast process, ensuring global sales forecast consistency through building consensus between commercial/customer forecasts, financial trend and sales history.
  2. Promotional and Launch Sales Forecasts: Challenge and consolidate the promotional and launch sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams, working closely with Business planning to align.
  3. Forecast Communication: Present the sales forecast to senior management for monthly sign-off, highlighting risks and opportunities vs financial commitments.
  4. Supply Chain Collaboration: Manage monthly and weekly communication with both the S&OP and UK based supply planning teams – providing an overview of key forecast changes.
Requirements:
  • Forecasting Experience: Proven experience in forecasting and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
