**About the Role:** We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Branch Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, analysing sales performance, and collaborating with the merchandise planning and buying teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stock Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal stock levels for assigned stores.
  2. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance across the store estate, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Product Range Management: Collaborate with the merchandise planning and buying teams to manage product ranges effectively.
  4. Visual Merchandising: Work closely with store teams to optimise product displays and maximise sales.
  5. Process Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve merchandising processes.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record in a similar retail role.
  2. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  3. Experience in stock management, store grading, forecasting, and range planning.
  4. Proficient in using merchandising software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. A strong attention to detail and drive to deliver commercial success.
