Pursuing a career as a Research Fellow in our Implementation and Capacity Building Team will offer you an exciting opportunity to contribute to health- and care-related research projects.

You will be part of our team at the Health Technology Assessment Unit, Applied Health Research hub within the University of Central Lancashire, working closely with colleagues to deliver impactful research, implementation, and evaluation projects.

Your key responsibilities will involve contributing to research capacity building activities, supporting the strategic development of collaborative research initiatives, and collaborating with our partner organisations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. As a Research Fellow, you will be supported by experienced researchers and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant area, as well as a Master's degree or equivalent. A proven track record of research management in health and care, including involvement in multiple research and evaluation-based projects, is essential.

You should possess excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, as well as strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and various research software packages.

Self-motivation, initiative, and excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this position, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and independent work.
