Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of administrators to ensure compliance with committee systems, FOI requests, and procedural frameworks.
- Ensure the smooth running of committee systems, including minute-taking and documentation.
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain compliance with FOI legislations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional management skills, including leadership and team management.
- Formal minute-taking experience and knowledge of meeting procedures.
- Familiarity with FOI legislations and compliance requirements.
Benefits and Working Arrangements:
- Fixed-Term Contract: 12 months.
- Salary Range: £42,000 - £54,000 per annum.
