Housing Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Manager to join our team at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). As a key member of our Later Living Services team, you will be responsible for providing on-site housing management, enabling people to live independently with choice and control over their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, lead, manage, and support a team of site-based colleagues.
- Oversee all aspects of operational activity, including quality assurance, occupancy, debt management, ASB management, customer engagement, complaint handling, safeguarding, and compliance.
- Contribute to and deliver the later living strategic plan at a local level, driving a continuous improvement culture while maintaining a focus on colleague competency and wellbeing.
- Raise customer voice and encourage input to shape services at a local level, building relationships with key stakeholders to support delivery.
- Ensure local service delivery is compliant with regulatory, statutory, and internal governance/policy requirements.
- Expert knowledge of providing services to older persons.
- Good understanding of housing management.
- Ability to deliver advice and support to customers with diverse needs, working effectively in partnership with external agencies, including the local authority.
- Significant knowledge of the customer group and type of service, including safeguarding.
- Good administration skills, including the use of IT reporting and procurement systems.
- 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time) per year.
