Exciting Opportunity for an Allocations & Lettings Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our Housing Management team as an Allocations & Lettings Officer. As the first point of contact for customers applying for a new home, you will guide them through the application process, providing regular updates and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure a smooth lettings process.
  • Managing empty homes and coordinating with external partners to meet business needs.
  • Providing a high-quality service, ensuring right first time and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Being flexible and responsive to urgent requests and queries.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 for a 35-hour week, plus 25 days annual leave and Bank Holidays.
